Why you should stop paying your digital agency?

Ok that's not really what we meant but now that we got your attention, hear us out.

The way digital agencies - or any type of agency for that matter - are pricing their services is nowadays obsolete.

In fact, clients have mainly been charged for execution, and for the lucky ones, for gray matter. However, what clients should be paying for is setup and mentoring. That is the real value of your agency: creating sustainable growth.

Don't pay for execution, pay sustainable growth.

What you, as a client, should expect from your agency is to setup a long-term strategy and mentor your internal team to become leaders. That is what creates long-term growth. That way, once strategy and operations are smooth, the agency will move on to another project and you can run your team at a lower cost, on a longer term. A little like Mary Poppins.

No we're not killing agencies. We're restoring balance and creating sustainable growth.

Unfortunately, agencies might sometimes have a tendency of "locking" clients into an endless monogamous relationship thinking they'll milk the cow till it's dry. But drying out the cow is a short-term reward with a long-term negative impact.

It is doable.

Rock the net is the living proof that this is all possible. We are currently working with a few clients with whom we have set up an internal team of juniors and interns. After setting up the overall strategy and daily operations, we have been managing the internal team and coaching/mentoring them to become project leads/Chief Marketing Officers/digital marketers and so on.

So it is doable. Join the revolution contact us.
